German Bisque “Queen Louise” by Armand Marseille. Height 23”
Identifying mark: Queen Louise 7.
Circa 1915 – 1925.
The bisque socket head retains her original dark blonde wig, in original style without much comb through. Beautiful long brush stroked eyebrows. Nice eyelids with full human hair lashes. Her sleep eyes of dark blue are threaded with dark pupils and dark outline. Nice even blushing and heart shaped open mouth with four molded teeth.
The composition ball jointed body appears original and in very good condition with no breaks to the fingers or toes.
Dressed in white fine cotton pantaloons.
Highlights: Beautiful original condition overall. Queen Louise appears to be very well cared for over the years.
